It is equipped with a distance sensor and a temperature sensor to monitor the whole mold changing process, and at the same time, through measurement of the magnetic flux, displays the real clamping force in real time, which guarantees safety of the system In terms of arrangement of the poles, the system takes the dynamic mold ejection force into consideration, which makes the safety coefficient and reliability higher. In terms of pole arrangement, Qiao Tian's magnetic mold changing system takes into account the ejection force of moving mold for better safety and reliability.

At present, the product supports the mainstream bus protocols on the market and can be used for remote debugging and control of mobile phones/iPad and other devices. In terms of the internal system bus architecture, the product can realize information interaction among the modules, enabling more convenient expansion and simpler wiring.

The manual screwed pressing plate fixes the mold through manual tightening and loosening of the screws.
